What You’ll Be Doing

Build new business through proactive networking, client engagements, and market intelligence.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and placement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Consistently meet and exceed performance and revenue targets.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert within your specialist market.

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency or specialist recruitment environment.
Proven success in business development and placements.
A strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Resilience, self-motivation, and a hunger for success.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (advantageous).
