POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Responsible For

End-to-end ownership of a specialist recruitment desk
Proactively building and nurturing long-term client relationships
Establishing yourself as a subject-matter expert within your niche
Partnering with clients to deliver tailored, insight-led recruitment solutions
Driving performance against clear, measurable targets with full accountability

Has at least 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consulting role
Wants control over their desk, market, and earnings
