POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Receptionist (Temporary)
Location: Bedfordview
Salary: Market related
Vacancy Type: Temporary (2 Weeks)

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Matric or equivalent.
Resident of Bedfordview or surrounding areas.
Must be well-groomed and professional in appearance.
Previous receptionist or front office experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Available immediately and reliable for the full temp period.

Beneficial requirements:

Ability to speak multiple South African languages.

Duties and responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors professionally.
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls.
Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry.
Manage mail, deliveries, and couriers.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
