SUMMARY:
Receptionist / Office Administrator
Boksburg

6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance

We are looking for a reliable, organized, presentable and professional individual to serve as the first point of contact at our Head Office.

POSITION INFO:
This office-based position includes:

Managing the front desk, answering incoming calls, and welcoming visitors
Coordinating boardroom bookings
Supporting departments with administrative tasks as required
IT coordination
Ordering office supplies, cleaning products, and groceries
Booking travel arrangements through a travel agency
Booking couriers and coordinating service suppliers for office plants and hygiene services
Printing/scanning documentation
Notifying the landlord of maintenance issues

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills; presentable and well-spoken in both Afrikaans and English
Produce a matric certificate
Applicants should have some prior experience in front desk or administrative duties
Highly reliable and dependable, with consistent punctuality and minimal absenteeism
Professional appearance and demeanour, reflecting the first impression of our company
