POSITION INFO:

A busy General Practitioner practice based in The Wilgers, Pretoria, is seeking a professional and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is a fast-paced front office role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent patient service, and prior experience within a medical practice environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a medical practice is essential (GP or specialist practice experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a busy front desk in a professional manner
• Computer-literate with strong administrative skills
• Experience working with MED EDI system advantageous
• Well-organised, reliable, and able to multitask effectively
• Professional and patient-focused approach

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
