POSITION INFO:
A well-established law firm is looking for a professional and personable Receptionist / Legal Secretary to join their team in Bryanston.
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for front-of-house reception duties, while also providing basic secretarial support to a team of attorneys

Minimum Requirements

Previous reception and/or legal secretarial experience.
Well-spoken, friendly and professional manner.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Comfortable working on a laptop and with Microsoft Office.
Ability to assist with client invoicing and typing/drafting of legal documents.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and confident telephone manner.
Available to work from the office Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30.

Key Responsibilities

Reception and switchboard duties.
Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors.
Handling incoming calls and directing queries appropriately.
Providing general administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.
Assisting with client invoicing.
Typing and drafting correspondence and other documents.
General office administration as required.
