Are you a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service? Compass Medical Waste Services is looking for a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming Visitors: Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering Switchboard: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and addressing inquiries efficiently.
- Setting Up Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings for staff members, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Planning Board Room Times: Organize and manage the booking of board rooms, optimizing usage and availability.
- Assisting Accounts with General Admin: Support the accounts department with various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in reception or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
