POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and drivers professionally.
Answer and direct calls and emails promptly.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Receive and log incoming parcels accurately.
Liaise with dispatch and operations teams efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks and data entry.
Support meeting schedules and office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Provide flexible support to management and departments.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 essential.
Minimum 2 years’ receptionist or admin experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
