SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Admin professional to support the service, repairs, and accounts departments. Duties include managing the switchboard, providing administrative support, ordering office supplies, and handling general office tasks.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting visitors upon arrival
Answering and directing telephone calls from switchboard
Providing administrative support as required to Repairs and Service Department
Ordering Stationary
Purchase of coffee and tea, etc.
Fully bilingual: Afrikaans and English
Knowledge with Excel, Word and Pastel
Neat and presentable
Organised
Able to work under pressure
Will be working on Pastel
At least 5 years experience

Essential skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to use office equipment and software
Good writing and Communication skills in Afrikaans and English
Driver's license essential
