Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Our client in the Financial industry is looking to grow their team with a dynamic, energetic Receptionist.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities, not limited to: 

• Greeting Visitors: Welcoming clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages.
• Scheduling: Coordinating appointments and meetings for staff members.
• Data capturing: Updating customer profiles and details 
• Cold Calling: Reaching out to potential new clients 
• Any other adhoc duties assigned my Management 

• Matric certificate 
• Valid Driver's license and OWN vehicle 
• English and Afrikaans (Third language would be advantageous) 
• Computer literacy, with knowledge of Social media platforms 

• Attention to detail 
• Time management 
• Communication skills 
• Problem solving 
• Creative thinking 
• Ability to multitask
