SUMMARY:
KZN - Well established Financial Services Company based in the Kloof (Durban) area seeks a receptionist. We are looking for a professional and organised individual who has excellent customer service and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties will include:
Greet Clients / Visitors
Answer telephone calls and direct to the correct channels
Manage board room bookings
Supervise office stationery and maintenance
Management of Petty Cash
Support of underwriters and managers
Supervise cleaning staff and order of monthly groceries

Qualifications and Experience
Matric
General Admin or Reception experience - 1 – 3 years’ experience

Salary: R12 000 – R15 000
