Hotel Receptionist to join their team in the Durban South area. The successful candidate must have previous hotel reception experience and be comfortable assisting guests and handling daily front-desk duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide professional customer service.
- Manage reservations, telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
- Maintain accurate guest records and assist with general reception and administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience working as a receptionist in a hotel is essential.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and basic administrative skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.
