JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Previous experience as a Receptionist
Answer all incoming calls and relay them to the relevant person
Taking down messages
Welcoming Vistors
Arranging refreshments
Basic Administration
Ensure the Reception area is clean at all times
