Our client in Newlands has been in the fishing industry since 2005. They keep a balance between utilizing the available resources sustainably and meeting the customers’ needs. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Invoicing on Pastel
Debtors / Creditors
Stock control and reports
Costing for completed sales
Answer telephone promptly and politely and direct to correct party
Receive visitors and serve beverages
Book necessary visitors parking
Assist with import / export permits
Logistics assistance
General admin assistance
Filing
Ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

National Senior Certificate (tertiary qualification is advantageous)
Clear criminal and credit record
Receptionist / administration experience in a logistics environment
Proficiency in MS Word / Excel / Pastel
Reside in the southern suburbs
Time management skills
Friendly and reliable
