JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receptionist

One of our clients based in Epping 2, a garden machinery supplier company is looking for a mature , well presentable person to join their vibey team.

· Qualification - Minimum Grade 12 education

· Computer literacy

· Experience in Basic Excel and Word

· Presentable - Semi formal for receiving visitors

· Communication Skills

· Fluent in English and Afrikaans

· Telephone etiquette must be excellent and experience

· Previous Reception experience essential

· Previous admin experience essential

· Must work in a team environment

· Confidentiality essential

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Answering telephone and direct to correct person

· Taking messages for staff when they are not available

· Screen incoming calls for Director

· All visitors to be announced and let them feel welcome

· Making copies on instruction of management.

· Taking managements documents to them from tray at reception.

· Making sure attendance register is available and up to date.

· Arranging pick-ups for management.

· Assisting management with any tasks given
