Receptionist
Salary: R8 000 negotiable per month
Based in Montague Gardens

A leading organisation requires a well presented, vibrant, customer focused individual with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will provide a professional, efficient and effective frontline service through the competent execution of the reception and switchboard functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric and tertiary qualification advantageous
Drivers licence and own vehicle
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist in a corporate environment
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organise and prioritise
High energy levels, positive work attitude and a team player
Focused with excellent attention to detail
Sense of urgency (response to clients)
Adaptability
Excellent telephone manner
