Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings and itineraries
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records
• Assist with general office coordination to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (food industry experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Experience with booking travel arrangements (including flights)
