Role: Receptionist - Administrator
Location: Springfield Park
Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications and requirements

• Matric.
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Sage - Software 
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Clear criminal record

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Direct visitors to the correct person or office.
• Monitor the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
• Manage security by monitoring visitor access, issuing badges, and maintaining a logbook. 

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Take clear and detailed messages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and deliveries. 

• Filing and capturing of POD's / Invoices 
• Imports
• Booking of vehicles for service
• Booking of couriers for the company
• Attending to cell phone contracts.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
• Capturing of fuel statements for the group 
• Capturing of POD's for JHB / PE
• Monitor and order office supplies.
• Perform data entry and filing.
• Organize and prepare meeting rooms.
• Fulfilling duties for management and staff 

• Handle client inquiries and sometimes complaints.
• Process payments, send invoices, and manage office expenses if required.
• Arrange travel and accommodations.
