Looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy company in Ottery, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting for an energetic Receptionist who can assist with walk-in clients/visitors, and the management of the Reception area. The company is based in Ottery, Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

This is an important role as you will be the primary point of contact - ensuring the smooth operation of the business and you will create a welcoming first impression for all the clients and visitors. Your organizational skills and professional demeanor are crucial for effective communication and customer service.

Requirements:

Matric
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle a variety of duties at the Front Desk
Computer knowledge
Present yourself in a professional manner

Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the correct office or person and maintain a prefessional and clean reception area
Anwer and rout incoming telephone calls, take detailed messages and respond to emails and other correspondence
Manage appointment calendars for staff and book meeting rooms
Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and managing databases
Receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
Manage visitor logs and issue security passes to ensure office security''
Provide support to other staff members, manage expenses and assist with travel/function arrangements when needed.
