SUMMARY:
Do you live in close proximity to the Airport Industria area and have minimum five year reception and office administration experience?
 
Our Client requires your excellent grooming and presentation skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly in English and Afrikaans to manage their front office and be an all round support to the company for office administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, tertiary qualifications highly advantageous
  • Very well groomed with excellent communications, written and spoken in both English and Afrikaans
  • Professional demeanour
  • Computer Literate and ability to type 35 wpm
 
DUTIES
  • Answering and screening of incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting of guests
  • Relaying accurate messages immediately
  • Attending to incoming emails and attending to these accordingly
  • For meetings offering of tea and coffee to guests
  • Management and administration of Company Assets: tools; vehicles, office equipment etc.
  • Assist with the stock control, issuing and management of Stationery and Printer Cartridges
  • Assist with the administrator tasks including filing, shredding and document management
  • Provide administrative tasks for the Debtors and Creditors Division
  • Assist with the administrative tasks for the Human Resources Division
  • Manage filing systems and archiving as instructed
  • Assist the Business Manager with ad hoc tasks and smooth running of the office
  • Assist with all filing and general ad hoc administration
  • Manage data capturing
