SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Returns Clerk to manage the evaluation, processing, and documentation of returned products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving skills and experience in handling return-related processes within a warehouse or logistics environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in returns, technical support, or a similar role.
Computer literate.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical product issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experienced with inventory or ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
