R8k – 10K CTC + acc + meals + Wifi + uniform + incentives

Dream Hotels and Resorts are currently recruiting for a luxury lodge… A quint safari site, spanning across 3,000 hectares which is home to game such as kudu, hippo, buffalo, wildebeest, eland, and off course the good-looking zebra and giraffe, is looking to add an experienced Reservations (Wedding) / Reception / Front Office to their collection of friendly and highly efficient staff. It will be your responsibility to supervise staff and to ensure that guests’ needs are being met courteously.

Acc is provided + meals + Wifi + uniform + incentives

KPA

Manage, supervise and control all Wedding Reservations and Front Office activities
Supervise Reservations and Front Office staff to.
You also manage room blocks for weddings,
Monitor billing arrangements, and
Handle room inventories
Ensure that guests’ needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner

Must have

5 or more years’ experience in a hospitality
3 years’ experience Management Level
Literacy in Apex (would be an advantage )
Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook,

Soft Skills

Strong guest orientation
Obliging attitude
Sound management skills
Lead by example
Focused on team development & training
Good communication skills
Well presented

Qualification

Matric + related tertiary qualification

Reports directly into Assistant GM

This position needs to be filled ASAP in order to secure a proper hand over
