RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION CLERK - PIETERMARITZBURG, KWAZULU-NATAL

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION CLERK for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

!PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid Code 08 driver’s license.

Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (speak, read and write).

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Competent experience on MS Word and MS Excel.

3yrs+ previous administrative experience.

Prepare reports for management.

Answering of switchboard.

Assisting with walk-in clients / courier companies.

Scanning / uploading and filling daily paperwork.

Maintain fleet files / reports.

Any other adhoc duties that may be required.

Would only suit a well-presented / well-spoken individual.
