RAF Litigation Secretary

Location: Pretoria

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised RAF Litigation Secretary to join their legal team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will have strong experience in Road Accident Fund (RAF), medical malpractice and general litigation matters, with the ability to work independently while providing dedicated support to an Associate.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary.
At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in RAF matters.
Proven experience in Medical Malpractice litigation.
Experience in general civil litigation will be advantageous.
Previous experience working directly with and reporting to a specific Associate.
Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal terminology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong administrative, organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of allocated matters.
