Job Overview
Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven Property Broker to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating commercial and residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and residential property market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
• Market and promote commercial and residential properties.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
• Provide clients with professional advice on current market trends and property values.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and available properties.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience in an external sales and/or property sales role.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Stable employment history.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable vehicle (essential).
• Own laptop (essential).
