Property Booking Administrator (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary education
Property or rentals background
Cold calling experience
3-5 years’ experience
Excellent telephone etiquette
Fully bilingual
Valid driver’s license and car
Target driven

Duties and responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to optimize the Property Inspectors’ Day and to ensure their calendars are always full
Checking payprop at the end of each month for quality control inspections that need to be done and adding this to the google docs sheet for Pretoria and Cape Town – keep this updated at all times
Arrange a suitable time and date for the inspections to take place always working 1 to 2 weeks in advance
Reaching a set target per month
Attending to emails and provide feedback within 24 hours
