Overview

An established property management company is looking for a Property Administrator to work closely with the Residential Property Agent.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12

• Valid Driver's License

• Strong admin skills and high attention to detail

• Previous experience in similar environment (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Listing properties on digital platforms

• Scheduling and attending viewings when required

• Tenant Application Forms and Processes within that day

• Tenant Credit Checks and Sanctions within the day received

• Compiling Lease Agreements (Target one day)

• Compiling Landlords Management Agreements (Target one day)

• Concluding Lease Agreements

• Creating, Saving or Updating Tenant and Landlord Folders on the Drive

• Loading all information onto MRI/MDA (using checklist) -could involve loading new building

• Emailing Finance department to advise of new tenant

• Amend Renewals list accordingly

• Complete Commission sheet if required

• Red Rabbit (Used to check a tenant in or out of a property)

• Attend to Maintenance issues that arise with Veronica (communication and co-ordination)

• Liaising with both the Landlord and Tenant

• Renewals

• Vacating Procedure

• Arrears Follow Up

• Handovers / Housing Tribunal

• Assisting the Residential Estate Agent to perform necessary administration to run the department

• Assist with facilitating cleaning properties

• Assist with tenants' requests of understanding the accounts

• Assist Agent with block viewings

• Following up on emails
