Working Hours: 14:30 – 22:00 (SAST), Monday to Friday
Salary Range: R20,000 – R25,000 per month
About the Role
North Carolina Law Firm within is seeking a Property Conveyancing Administrator / Receptionist to join their team remotely from South Africa. This is a dual-function role combining front-line reception duties with conveyancing administrative support. The successful candidate will work South African afternoon/evening hours to align with USA business hours.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide reception and front-of-office support, including managing calls, emails, and client queries
• Assist with the administration of conveyancing files from instruction through to registration
• Prepare, track, and follow up on conveyancing documentation
• Liaise with clients, attorneys, and relevant third parties regarding file status and requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure files are kept up to date
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required

• Basic understanding of conveyancing background and/or conveyancing processes is essential (preferably within the Poperty Sector)
• No formal qualifications required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files/tasks simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup
• Able to work independently while supporting a team based in the USA

• Fully remote, working from South Africa
• Hours: 14:30 – 22:00 (SAST), aligned with USA business hours
• Reporting into the Hutton Law (USA) team

• R20,000 – R25,000 per month, commensurate with experience
