POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a professional, organised, and reliable Property Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of commercial business properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage service providers, contractors, and on?site activities.

This role requires a hands?on individual who can conduct site visits, coordinate maintenance, manage invoicing, and ensure smooth day?to?day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

Property Portfolio Management

Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial business properties
Conduct regular site visits to ensure property standards are maintained
Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution

Contractor & Service Provider Coordination

Liaise with maintenance teams, electricians, plumbers, security providers, painters, and builders
Obtain quotes, schedule work, and ensure quality service delivery
Build strong working relationships with all service providers

Administration & Invoicing

Manage invoicing, job cards, and supporting documentation
Ensure accurate record?keeping and timely submission of invoices
Track expenses and ensure cost?effective property management

Operational Support

Assist with tenant queries and operational issues
Ensure compliance with property standards and safety requirements
Support the Property Manager with daily operational tasks

Minimum Requirements

Experience in property management, facilities management, or commercial property operations
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem?solving ability
Valid driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous)
