ð We are Hiring- Programme Coordinator
Location: Johannesburg- Northern Suburbs
Contract Type: 12 months contract

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programme Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This pivotal role will support the management of a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery, compliance with standards, and effective communication across stakeholders.

ð Key Responsibilities

Programme Management

Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned programmes.
Develop work plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary contact for programme participants, partners, and funders.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
Prepare reports for management, funders, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.

Financial Oversight

Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Monitor programme expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Team Support
Provide guidance and support to programme staff and volunteers.
Coordinate training sessions and capacity-building activities.

ð¯ Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in programme or project coordination.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
