SUMMARY:
Briardene. Solid production experience in a managerial / supervisory role secures Production Supervisor position. Will suit a natural born leader who is able to motivate and relate to staff, as well as delegate responsibilities to staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising yard production and steel installation
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Maintaining building, gantry, hoists, plant, and machinery
  • Keeping production records
  • Yard and site health and safety compliance
  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues
  • Liaison with Site Managers and Consulting Engineers
Requirements:
  • Forceful character with the ability to delegate
  • Able to motivate and relate to staff
  • Numerically literate
  • Able to make alternative arrangements
  • Resourceful and innovative, ability to contribute to ideas and suggestions
  • Proficiency in isiZulu an advantage
  • Ability to read engineering drawings an advantage
