SUMMARY:
Procurement Administrator - Killarney Gardens

POSITION INFO:

Main purpose of the job:

Control the recording/checking, capturing and verification of all procurement related transactions including Imports.

Preferred Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Certificate in Business Administration, Management or Procurement/CIPS
MRP Management software training
Full competence within this role would typically be developed over a period of 3 years + experience in similar role within a food manufacturing environment.

Knowledge

ERP Management System knowledge
Inventory management understanding of basic principles.
Intermediate proficiency in using information (ERP) management software.
Demonstrates solid knowledge and ability, and can apply the competency, with minimal or no guidance, in the full range of typical situations.

Skills

Mathematics
Administration and management knowledge
Monitor, schedule and document administration for incoming goods including Imports.
General Office Administration Duties
