Pricing Specialist (Multimodel freight)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic pricing solutions for freight movement that are both competitive and commercially viable
• Monitor and report on sales estimates, key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly performance metrics to drive business results
• Maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy, service excellence, and compliance with industry standards
• Oversee and ensure consistency in multi-modal estimates, keeping data sharp, relevant and aligned with market conditions

• Matric with Mathematics
• Relevant NQF Level 5+ qualification (or equivalent)
• 7+ years of multi-modal estimating experience within the freight forwarding industry
• Strong background in freight forwarding, clearing documentation, rates management and tender processes
• High numeracy and analytical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel
• Proven ability to manage complex pricing and estimation tasks, with an in-depth understanding of international logistics and freight processes
