Pricing Specialist

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
As the Pricing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in developing and managing accurate, competitive freight estimates across multiple modes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth, efficient, compliant processes and that every quote reflects both accuracy and value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and strategize freight movement estimates and solutions.
• Record and report on all sales estimates and KPIs.
• Compile and manage quarterly pricing and performance reports.
• Maintain strong communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s quality management system and standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric with Mathematics.
• A 3-year Import/Export-related qualification (NQF Level 5).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in multimodal freight estimates, forwarding, and clearing.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with pricing, rates management, or tender management in logistics.
• Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive under pressure.
