Key Responsibilities:

• Craft freight movement solutions and pricing strategies that make commercial sense
• Manage and report on sales estimates, KPIs and quarterly performance
• Maintain tight communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and service excellence
• Ensure compliance with all quality management and freight forwarding standards
• Keep pricing data sharp, consistent and competitive across multi-modal estimates

• Matric (with Mathematics)
• Relevant NQF 5+ qualification
• Minimum 7 years multi-modal estimating experience in freight forwarding
• Deep understanding of freight forwarding, clearing documentation, rates management and tender processes
• Strong numeracy, analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, customer-driven environment
