A well-established premium motor dealership in JHB South is looking for an experienced and high-performing New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a confident, results-driven automotive sales professional with a proven track record of consistently achieving 5+ new vehicle sales per month, strong deal-building skills, and the ambition to maximise their earning potential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising new vehicle sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a proactive salesperson who can generate and manage leads, build lasting customer relationships, close deals, and drive repeat and referral business.

Remuneration:
R 12 096.00 plus performance-based Incentive – Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel Allowance

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

• Sell the maximum number of new vehicles while achieving agreed monthly targets.
• Maximise first and second gross profit on every deal.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead management.
• Attend to showroom and telephone enquiries professionally and timeously.
• Manage customer leads and follow up consistently to maximise conversions.
• Initiate, negotiate, and close vehicle sales.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and provide customers with relevant product information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to dealership sales standards.
• Prepare vehicles and ensure all delivery requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Complete all sales administration and documentation accurately and within required deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and all relevant legal and dealership requirements.
• Conduct appropriate after-sales follow-up to strengthen customer relationships.
• Work closely with Sales Management and other dealership departments to maximise sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Promote new vehicle products and dealership activities through appropriate networking and social media channels.

• Must have min 3-5 years recent Premium / Luxury Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership (Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes Benz, Porche)
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, ideally 5+ units per month.
• Strong knowledge of the vehicle sales process from prospecting through to delivery.
• Proven lead management and customer relationship management experience.
• Strong deal-building, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Computer literate with experience using dealership sales systems.
• Knowledge of platforms such as NRSM, Focus Pro, E-Master, SWP, will be advantageous.
• Social media knowledge and the ability to use digital platforms for prospecting will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.

• Proof of recent sales - Incentive sheets or retail sales reports.
• Franchised motor dealership experience is essential.
