Pest Service Specialist

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pest Service Specialist to join its industry-leading Pest Elimination team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions to a variety of commercial customers while maintaining high service standards and building strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pest inspection, detection, prevention, and elimination services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Deliver professional advice and recommendations to customers.
Apply pest control treatments in accordance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Use handheld technology to manage service activities and documentation.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Identify customer needs and promote additional pest management solutions.
Plan and manage service routes efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
Valid driver''s licence.
Must reside in East Gauteng.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and be on-call when required.
Comfortable working in confined spaces, dusty, damp, hot, and cold environments.
Physically fit and able to perform manual duties, including lifting and carrying equipment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Advantageous Experience:

Previous customer service experience.
Experience in pest control, field service, route management, or a related industry.
Sales experience and the ability to promote value-added services.
