Personal Assistant - Port Elizabeth

SUMMARY:
Our client in the financial services industry is seeking to employ a Personal Assistant (PA) to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional and personable approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Strong, fluent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with task management and organisational tools, preferably Asana
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist with administration and document preparation
• Professional and confident when communicating with clients and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Availability to work in-office, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with client reviews
• Managing client communication and engagement
• Sending meeting reminders and assisting with meeting preparation
• Managing diaries and appointments
• Handling general and basic administration
• Preparing client documents and client packs
• Preparing meeting agendas, forms, quotations and proposals
• Using Asana for task management and organisation
• Liaising with the marketing team where required
• Using AI tools to assist with administration and document preparation
• Providing general administrative and organisational support
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, professional and completed within required deadlines
• Assisting with the smooth coordination of client meetings and related administrative requirements
