What’s on Offer?
Salary: R7,845.00 – R8,500.00 Gross PM
Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period
Benefits (Post-Probation): MICFA Provident Fund (7.5% employee / 8% employer contribution) + Prorated December Annual Bonus
Leave: 18 days paid annual leave per annum
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations)
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inbound Logistics: Offload delivery vehicles, unpack incoming inventory, and inspect goods for damages or discrepancies against delivery notes.
Stock Put-Away & Storage: Safely and systematically transfer incoming automotive parts to their designated bin and shelf locations to maintain organized inventory.
Order Preparation & Dispatch Support: Assist with locating, retrieving, and preparing parts according to picking lists, as well as securely packing, labelling, and staging outgoing shipments.
Stock Control & Auditing: Assist with regular physical stock counts, bin audits, and stock movement checks to support high inventory accuracy.
Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace by clearing packaging waste, keeping aisles clear, and adhering strictly to health and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Essential Experience: Previous warehouse assistant or general logistics experience in any industry is strictly required (automotive or hardware sector experience is a distinct advantage).
Skills & Education: Matric certificate (highly advantageous), basic computer literacy, and excellent numerical accuracy to read small part numbers quickly.
Logistics Familiarity: Familiarity with deliveries, logistics processes, warehousing, and stock management systems.
Track Record: High reliability, punctuality, and a stable history with contactable references.
Strict Legal Requirements & Assessments (Non-Negotiable):
Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have:
South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).
Clear criminal record (under no circumstances will candidates with a record be considered).
Ability to undergo a psychometric/personality assessment during the interview stage.
