SUMMARY:
Our client in the engineering industry is urgently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join their organization

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Secretarial Diploma
  • 7-10 years of secretarial experience
  • Must be computer literate
Responsibilities:
  • Screen telephone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Co-ordinating and arranging meetings with Clients and Directors/Project Managers and preparing meeting documents
  • Typing of letters, minutes of meetings, memorandums, fee accounts, various types of documents, tender documents, and schedule of quantities
  • Evaluating and submissions of Tenders received as required
  • Organising travel arrangements, flight bookings and car hire (national and international)
  • Communicating with various individuals and departments
  • When new projects are opened, complete the project quality plan (PQP) by interviewing the project leader.  Then file the completed PQP on the server.
  • Performing other ad hoc secretarial duties at various departments as and when required
  • Relieve switchboard when required.
