SUMMARY:
Our client, an NPC is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior management. As a key support staff member, you will manage schedules, coordinate international travel, and ensure the executive runs seamlessly.

POSITION INFO:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Arrange meetings, conferences and appointments of the executive. Ensure all activities and coordination are set up timeously and accurately.
Plan and manage the diary, travel arrangements (Visa, flight, transport and hotel).
Handle expense claim reports proactively and efficiently.
Manage and co-ordinate the preparation of reports and presentations.
Full administrative support as needed by management
Office support

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum qualification at NQF Level 5
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a PA with Admin support experience
Skilled in travel arrangements
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Exceptional telephone & email etiquette.
