Fractional Personal Assistant

A proactive and highly organised 1:1 support role for seamless personal and business coordination.

Location: Remote South Africa | Hours: 09:00–12:00 UK time, Monday to Friday

Salary: R12 000 - R17 000 p/m

About Our Client The client requires dedicated 1:1 support to manage a blend of personal, family, and business-related administrative priorities. This role focuses on high-level coordination across multiple interests, including professional client bases and a holiday let business.

The Role: Fractional Personal Assistant. The purpose of this role is to provide highly responsive and trustworthy support on a 1:1 basis. Working two to three hours per day during UK morning hours, the successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day organisation by managing a wide range of administrative tasks. The focus area includes a mix of personal executive support, household coordination, and light business administration to maintain seamless operations across the principal''s professional and private life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal administrative support and manage inboxes by flagging urgent and priority emails.
• Perform diary and calendar management, including the scheduling of personal, family, healthcare, and school-related appointments.
• Support household coordination, such as insurance, renovations, supplier liaison, and managing other household support services.
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
• Assist with administrative tasks across the client base, including scheduling and basic follow-ups.
• Manage administration for a holiday let business based in Ireland, covering bookings and general coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day organisation across multiple priorities as assigned on a daily or weekly basis.

About You

• Highly organised and proactive with a trustworthy nature.
• Possession of high emotional intelligence and the ability to manage personal and business coordination seamlessly.
• Highly responsive and able to work 2 to 3 hours per day during UK morning hours (09:00–12:00 UK time).
• Proven ability to manage varied administrative tasks ranging from inbox management to household supplier liaison.
• Capable of providing dedicated 1:1 support with a focus on detail and priority management.
• Based in South Africa with the infrastructure to work remotely.
