POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and lead generation, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from campaign setup to reporting and optimisation.
• Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and improve campaign performance based on CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and targeting to maximise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• 2–3 years'' experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience with lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads; exposure to programmatic or app marketing is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimisation.
• Agency experience or exposure to B2B, e-commerce, or performance marketing environments is advantageous.
• Fluent in English.
