SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-focused Payroll Clerk, with proven experience in the security industry, to ensure accurate payroll processing while adhering to the sector’s strict regulatory and legislative requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Work with a reputable organisation within the security industry where accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Process the payroll in accordance with PSIRA gazetted wage structures
Review and verify all payroll source documents, including leave forms and timesheets
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with security sector laws, legislation and payroll regulations
Prepare monthly internal and external payroll reports
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related queries

Skills & Requirements:

Diploma or relevant qualification in Payroll / Finance / HR advantageous
3–5 years' payroll experience within the security industry
Strong understanding of PSIRA regulations and payroll legislation within the sector
Sage payroll experience (non-negotiable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high-volume payroll
