POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an Accounting Clerk to carry out routine accounting and clerical duties to assist the finance team. This position helps with daily transactions, guarantees correct financial recording, and contributes to the effective operation of the accounting procedures at the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile ledger accounts and bank statements
Discuss financial issues with staff, clients, and institutions
Check financial documents for accuracy and address any discrepancies
Payroll preparation and expense reporting support

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
- Completed SAIPA articles – advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience within a relevant field.
Skills:
- Proven understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiar with payroll and tax requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and correctness.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good interpersonal skills.
