SUMMARY:
Looking for your Payroll (Sage 300) experience

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 or equivalent plus a relevant NQF Level 6 Payroll qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Payroll Clerk position
Advance computer skills and sound knowledge of SAGE 300 People, Report Writing & ESS leave module
Deep understanding of time & attendance processes

DUTIES

Capture and manage leave records/schedules for various sites
Capture employee records
Conduct Payroll functions and generate various reports as and when required
Conduct payroll synopsis and reconciliations
Attend to third-party scheduled and payments
Assist with electronic and/or physical filling of records
Perform ad hoc duties related to the position and requisite skills sets
