Purpose Of The Job:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to join a fast-paced passenger vehicle dealership. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and can efficiently manage invoicing processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and finance houses
Capture and maintain invoicing data within the accounting system
Ensure all invoicing entries are error-free and completed with precision
Identify discrepancies and take corrective action where necessary
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Assist with general administrative duties within the dealership
Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and operational requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar administrative role in the motor industry dealership environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with Evolve (advantageous)
Knowledge of the motor industry (essential)

Key Competencies:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
