Purpose Of The Job:

Our client a well-established passenger vehicle dealership in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a professional and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, booking appointments, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with general enquiries and service bookings
Capture and update customer information accurately on the system
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and queries
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Work towards achieving call centre targets and service standards

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience (call centre experience advantageous)
Good telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy with data capturing experience
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional and friendly manner
