PARTS ADMINISTRATOR – RANDBURG
R14 000

A well-established multifranchise dealership group in the Randburg area is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration and control of the dealership's parts department while providing excellent support to both internal and external customers.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Process and maintain all parts administration accurately and efficiently.
Capture parts invoices, credits, and supplier documentation.
Reconcile parts transactions and ensure all paperwork is correctly filed.
Assist with the administration of stock orders, back orders, and returns.
Monitor and maintain accurate parts records and reports.
Liaise with suppliers regarding outstanding orders, shortages, and discrepancies.
Support the Parts Manager with daily administrative duties.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
Assist with stock takes and inventory control processes.
Provide excellent customer service to technicians, service advisors, and retail customers.
Handle general administrative duties within the parts department.

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Administrator within the automotive industry.
Experience working in a dealership environment is essential.
Evolve & Excel a must
Knowledge of automotive parts processes and administration.
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's licence advantageous.
