🌟 PAYROLL & CREDITORS ADMINISTRATOR

📍 Location: Kew, Johannesburg
💰 Salary: R 20 000 – R 25 000
🕒 Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

Payroll

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Capture and verify employee hours, leave, overtime, and deductions
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, UIF, SDL, etc.)
Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
Handle payroll queries from employees confidentially
Maintain employee payroll records and documentation

Creditors (Accounts Payable)

Full creditors function from invoice receipt to payment
Capture supplier invoices and credit notes on Sage Pastel
Reconcile supplier statements monthly and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs
Liaise with suppliers regarding queries and payment terms
Ensure correct allocation of expenses and VAT compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records

Requirements

Matric (essential); relevant accounting/payroll qualification advantageous
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in creditors and payroll
Proven experience working on Sage Pastel
Strong understanding of payroll legislation and accounting principles
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
